Number bonds to 10

We have spent the last two days learning our pairs to 10. On Monday, we practically 'split' or partitioned 10 into two numbers using a tray and 10 unifix cubes. We then recorded each number bond as an addition sentence. On Tuesday, we used a bead string to record our pairs to 10 in our books. We also learnt a very exciting song called Farmer Pete. His 10 sheep kept sneaking off! Ask us to sing you the song, we love singing it!
